Trestique Affiliate Program Agreement. Welcome to the Trestique Affiliate Program! As an affiliate partner, you play a crucial role in promoting our high-quality beauty products. By participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and guidelines to ensure a smooth and compliant partnership.
1. Prohibited Activities - To maintain the integrity of the Trestique brand and the Affiliate Program, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
a) Misleading Advertising: Affiliates must not engage in false or misleading advertising or claims regarding our products,
b) Trademark Violations: Affiliates may not bid on or use Trestique’s trademarks or any variations of these in paid search ads or other online advertising,
c) Self-Referral: Affiliates are not allowed to make purchases through their own affiliate links or engage in self-referral for commissions,
d) Spamming: Affiliates must not engage in any form of unsolicited email, social media spamming, or unethical promotion methods,
e) Inappropriate Content: Affiliates may not promote our products on sites with adult content, hate speech, illegal activities, or any content that could damage the reputation of Trestique.
2. Compliance with Laws: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their marketing practices comply with all relevant local, state, and national laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for affiliate marketing. Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Trestique in all promotions, per the FTC guidelines.
3. Ad Placement Guidelines: To preserve the quality of the Trestique brand, Affiliates may not place ads on websites that promote inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content. Affiliates must ensure that Trestique products are only advertised in contexts that align with our values of inclusivity and beauty.
4. Brand and Trademark Usage: Affiliates are permitted to use Trestique’s approved brand assets, including logos and product images, only as provided through Awin or by direct request. Affiliates must refrain from modifying these assets without prior approval from Trestique.
5. Commission Structure and Payments: Commissions are based on sales referred through your unique affiliate link. Trestique reserves the right to: withhold commissions on fraudulent or returned orders, revoke commissions for non-compliance with the terms outlined in this agreement. Commission payments will be processed according to Awin's payment schedule.
6. Termination of Affiliate Status: Trestique reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that engages in prohibited activities as outlined in this agreement, fails to maintain the minimum performance standards or violates the terms set by Trestique or Awin.
