This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in the JOYSONG Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
The JOYSONG Affiliate Program allows affiliates to promote our products, including the Cube Rower, and earn commissions on sales generated through their marketing efforts. Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale referred via their unique affiliate link.
2. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a 10% commission for each successful sale.
Average Sale Amount: The average sale amount for the Cube Rower is approximately $800.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must market and promote the products using only approved materials provided by JOYSONG.
Affiliates should not engage in misleading advertising, unethical practices, or false claims regarding the products.
Affiliates are responsible for tracking their sales and ensuring that their promotional methods comply with the law and best practices.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited under this Agreement:
Spamming: Affiliates may not engage in unsolicited email marketing or use deceptive methods to generate clicks.
PPC Bidding on Brand Names: Affiliates may not bid on JOYSONG or Cube Rower brand names for pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
Impersonation: Affiliates may not impersonate JOYSONG or mislead customers into thinking they are directly associated with the brand.
Misleading Content: Affiliates must not use content that misrepresents the products or services offered by JOYSONG.
5. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid monthly via ShareASale (or other designated payment platforms).
Payments will be issued once a minimum balance of $50 is reached.
6. Compliance
All affiliates must adhere to legal requirements, including but not limited to the FTC guidelines on affiliate marketing and any applicable advertising laws. The use of JOYSONG trademarks or logos must comply with our brand guidelines.
7. Termination
JOYSONG reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, and with immediate effect if any violation of this Agreement is discovered.
8. Limitations of Liability
JOYSONG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profit resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program.
9. Modifications
JOYSONG may, at its sole discretion, modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of such changes and their continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your country or state].
