Upon acceptance into Vitality CBD’s affiliate program, it is understood all affiliates have read and agreed to our program terms.
Purpose
The purpose of this affiliation is to promote Vitality CBD products through AWIN's network of affiliates, resulting in website traffic and sales.
Commissions
- The default rate is 15% of all sales but this will increase depending on performance.
- Orders with a basket value higher than $100 will generate a 25% commission.
Cookie Length
The cookie length for Vitality CBD affiliate program is 30 days.
Coupons
- We will provide each affiliate with a unique 25% off coupon so they can offer value and incentivize their respective audiences. This coupon will be provided upon affiliate approval and can only be used once by each customer.
- We may offer higher discount codes sporadically, e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, etc.
- We’re open to providing other discounts upon affiliates’ requests. Once the affiliate makes the request, our team will review it and get back to the affiliate within 5 business days max.
Creative Assets
- As part of our starter pack, we provide a few banners, optimized for different placements, so affiliates can use them at their discretion.
- Upon acceptance into our affiliate program, we will provide our brand guidelines so affiliates can also create their own creatives (if they wish) that fo in line with our branding.
Compliance
CBD is federally legal in the US under the Farm Bill 2018. However, as per FDA regulations, no CBD company is permitted to make any health claims about CBD. Because of this, all benefits must be listed under “anecdotal evidence”, users’ testimonials, etc.

- In addition to the brand guidelines, Vitality CBD will provide each affiliate with an overview of each product we offer.
- We will guide you through every question you have so you can focus on performance.

Termination
Vitality CBD can terminate an affiliate program at any time with or without cause.
Modification
Vitality CBD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified through email or the affiliate dashboard.
