Program Agreement for Greenoepower Affiliate Program
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Greenoepower Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement. These terms are designed to ensure a successful and transparent partnership.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a base commission of 10% for every qualifying sale made through their referral links.
Special promotions or bonuses may be offered at our discretion and will be communicated via email.
A sale is considered “qualifying” only if the purchase is completed and not refunded or canceled within the return window of 7 days.
3. Cookie Duration
The cookie duration for tracking affiliate referrals is 90 days.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must only promote Greenoepower products on approved channels, including websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their marketing materials are accurate and comply with applicable laws, including FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosures.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Use false or misleading claims about our products.
Engage in unethical practices, such as cookie stuffing, trademark bidding, or spam.
Promote our products on websites containing offensive, illegal, or adult content.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may use the banners, links, and other marketing materials provided in the ShareASale interface.
Affiliates may not modify the provided materials without prior approval.
7. Termination
GreenoePower reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to breaches of this agreement, inactivity, or fraudulent activity.
Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.
8. Payment Terms
Payments will be processed on a monthly basis through ShareASale.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring compliance with tax obligations in their respective regions.
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and other branding materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Greenoepower is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program.
11. Changes to the Agreement
GreenoePower reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
