Program Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of TermsBy applying to or participating in Dolcewe.com's affiliate program through ShareASale, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Program Overview
- Commission Structure:
- 12% standard commission
- 15% for VIP affiliates
- 1% commission for coupon/deal/voucher websites
- Cookie Duration: 60 days
- Payment Terms: Net-30, processed through ShareASale
- Minimum Payout: $50
Commission Structure Details
- Coupon/deal websites, including but not limited to sites primarily focused on collecting and distributing coupon codes, promo codes, deals, or vouchers, will earn 1% commission
- The classification of a website as a coupon/deal site is at Dolcewe.com's sole discretion
- Dolcewe.com reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 7 days notice
Prohibited Activities
- Bidding on Dolcewe's trademark terms or brand names in paid search advertising
- Using spam or unsolicited email marketing
- Making false or misleading claims about products or prices
- Cookie stuffing or any form of commission manipulation
- Operating sites containing adult content, violence, or discriminatory material
- Creating fake accounts or generating fraudulent transactions
Marketing Guidelines
- All promotional content must be accurate and current
- FTC disclosure requirements must be followed for all affiliate promotions
- Use of Dolcewe.com's brand assets must follow our brand guidelines
- Coupons and promotional codes may only be shared if officially provided
- Price comparisons must be accurate and updated regularly
Compliance Requirements
- Affiliates must maintain updated and accurate product information
- All promotional materials must comply with FTC guidelines
- Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Dolcewe.com
- Sales tax and regulatory compliance is the affiliate's responsibility
- Regular monitoring of affiliate activities will be conducted
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
- Immediate termination may occur for violation of these terms
- All affiliate links will be deactivated upon termination
- Outstanding valid commissions will be paid according to payment terms
Intellectual Property
- Affiliates may use provided marketing materials only while actively participating in the program
- Dolcewe.com's logos, trademarks, and content remain our exclusive property
- Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited
ModificationsWe reserve the right to modify these terms with 7 days notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
