Program Agreement
This Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date signed below by and between:

The parties agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in the Comvolt Affiliate Program:
1. Products
The product(s) covered under this Agreement include:
Comvolt Portable Power Station.
2. Commission
The affiliate will earn a commission of 10% on each valid sale generated through their promotional efforts.
The commission rate is negotiable and may be adjusted upon mutual agreement in writing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment will be made on the 20th of each month for commissions accrued in the previous calendar month.
Payments will be processed via the platform used for this affiliate program.
4. Promotion Channels
Affiliates are allowed to promote products via social media platforms.
Affiliates may produce and publish videos about the products, provided they adhere to brand guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Company retains the rights to use, modify, and repurpose any videos or promotional content created by the affiliate for marketing and advertising purposes.
6. Term of Agreement
This Agreement will commence upon signing and remain in effect for one (1) year.
Either party may terminate the Agreement with 30 days' written notice, or immediately in case of a material breach of its terms.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of this Agreement:
False or misleading advertising.
Use of unauthorized or unethical promotional methods, including click fraud.
If Affiliates does not produce and publish the video as requested by Party A, it is required to pay for the sample within three months
8. Miscellaneous Terms
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to arbitration under the laws of the United States.
