Appliance World Online Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Paid Search Advertising Restrictions:
- Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on the following terms in any paid search activity:
- "Appliance World"
- "Appliance World Online"
- "ApplianceWorld"
- Any misspellings (e.g., "Apliance World", "ApplianceWorldOnline")
- Brand-related terms combined with promotional words (e.g., "Appliance World discount", "Appliance World voucher")
- These terms must be added as negative keywords in all paid search campaigns
- Affiliates must not appear in paid search results for any of these restricted terms
- Violation of these terms may result in immediate programme suspension and commission forfeiture
Commission Structure:
- Base commission rate of up to 3% varies by product category
- Commission is calculated on the order value excluding VAT and delivery charges
- Orders placed using finance options may be subject to reduced commission rates
- Commission will only be paid once the order has been delivered and the return period has expired
- 30-day cookie window applies to all transactions
Voucher Code Policy:
- Only voucher codes officially provided through the affiliate programme may be promoted
- All voucher codes must display their expiry dates and terms clearly
- Expired codes must be removed or clearly marked as expired
- Promotion of unauthorised codes will result in commission withdrawal
- Terms and conditions for each voucher code must be displayed prominently
Cashback Sites:
- All cashback rates must be pre-approved by Appliance World Online
- Cashback queries must be raised within 90 days of purchase
- Cashback is not available on commercial or trade purchases
- Special cashback rates must be agreed in writing
Creative and Brand Guidelines:
- All creative materials and links must be used as provided without modification
- Appliance World Online grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved marketing materials
- Any custom creative must be approved in writing before use
- The brand must be represented accurately and professionally at all times
Product Feed Usage:
- Use the AWIN provided product feed for accurate prices and stock information
- Prices and product information must be displayed accurately
- Out-of-stock products should be removed promptly
- Product information must not be modified without authorization
Email Marketing:
- Email marketing is permitted only with prior written approval
- No unsolicited emails ("spam") are permitted
- All email marketing must comply with relevant data protection laws
General Terms:
- Appliance World Online reserves the right to modify these terms with 7 days notice
- Programme membership can be terminated at any time for breach of these terms
- Commercial or trade purchases may be excluded from commission
- All affiliate activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Activities:
- Cookie stuffing or forcing
- Misrepresentation of relationship with Appliance World Online
- Use of branded terms in domain names
- Promotion of unauthorised discounts or offers
- Any activity that could damage the brand reputation
