1. Participation
To participate in the WLIVE Affiliate Referral Program, affiliates must complete and submit the Affiliate registration form through wlivehome.com. Once approved, affiliates are eligible to participate in the program, but such participation is subject to ongoing, periodic review by WLIVE and may be revoked at any time without prior notice. WLIVE reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if, in our sole discretion, your site is deemed unsuitable for the program.
2. Unsuitable Sites
The following types of sites are considered unsuitable and may result in the suspension or termination of your participation in the WLIVE Affiliate Program:
Sites that promote illegal activities.
Sites that promote sexually explicit content.
Sites that promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Sites that violate intellectual property rights.
Sites that are inconsistent with the values and best interests of WLIVE.
3. Eligible Sites
This agreement applies only to affiliate-owned and managed websites as indicated in the registration form. Under no circumstances may WLIVE Affiliate Referral links be placed on sites not registered with WLIVE. Affiliates must ensure their websites do not contain inappropriate content or activities that violate any of the restrictions outlined above.
4. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates are prohibited from the following actions:
Using domains containing WLIVE’s name, trademarks, or any variations thereof.
Using WLIVE’s brand name in the subdomain of their own domain (e.g., wlive.publisher.com).
Bidding on WLIVE’s brand name, trademarks, or any misspellings or variations thereof on advertising platforms like Google AdWords, adCenter, etc.
Engaging in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices to promote WLIVE products or services.
5. Compliance with Legal and Platform Regulations
Affiliates must comply with the applicable laws and regulations, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use. Participation in the program implies acceptance of these terms and the commitment to act in accordance with WLIVE’s guidelines.
6. Amendments
WLIVE reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to affiliates through the email address provided upon registration or posted on the WLIVE Affiliate Program website.
