1. Introduction
This affiliate program agreement stipulates the terms and conditions for promoting [HiDREAM] (Shenzhen Ruiba Pet Products Co.) products and services. By participating in this program, affiliate members agree to abide by these terms.
2. Definition
Affiliate member: An individual or entity that earns commissions by promoting a merchant's products/services.
Affiliate link: A unique URL provided to affiliates to track sales.
Commission: The fee paid to affiliate members for each sale generated through promotional efforts.
Program: An affiliate marketing plan established by the merchant.
3. Nature of Cooperation
The affiliate operates as an independent contractor, not as an employee of the merchant. This agreement does not constitute a joint venture or partnership.
4. Application Process
Members must fill out an application form to join the program. The merchant reserves the right to approve or reject any application at their discretion.
5. Promotion Guide
Affiliate members can use various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing, to promote merchants' products. However, they must adhere to the following guidelines:
No misleading statements.
Comply with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements.
Prohibit trademark bidding or other prohibited activities.
6. Commission Structure
Affiliate members will earn a [10]% commission on each sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
7. Duration and Termination
This agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement without cause by providing written notice.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the term of this agreement private, and shall not disclose any such information to any third party without prior written consent. (Shenzhen Ruiba Pet Products Co.) reserves the right to hold accountable for any information leaks.
9. Limitation of Liability
The merchant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this agreement or the participation of its affiliates in the program.
10. Applicable Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your state/country].
11. Amendment
The merchant reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Affiliate members will be notified of changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard.
