POSIE AND PENN Affiliate Program Policies
i) FTC Compliance
Affiliates are required to include a clear and conspicuous disclosure statement on all pages, blog posts, or social media posts where they share affiliate links for POSIE AND PENN products. This is especially important when the affiliate links are used as part of an endorsement or review, and when it may not be immediately evident that the link is a paid advertisement. The disclosure must be straightforward and concise, explicitly stating that you are being compensated for your review or endorsement of POSIE AND PENN products.
ii) Fraud Policy
In the event that any fraudulent sales activity is detected involving our affiliates, POSIE AND PENN reserves the right to disqualify the affiliate from receiving any commissions related to the fraudulent sales. Additionally, we may issue negative feedback and immediately notify the ShareASale team about the issue. This policy ensures that our affiliate program maintains its integrity and promotes fair, honest, and ethical business practices among all participants.
iii) Coupons
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes that have been officially provided to them through the POSIE AND PENN affiliate program. All coupons must be presented in their entirety, including the full offer, valid expiration date, and the associated coupon code. Promoting unauthorized or expired coupon codes is strictly prohibited.
iv) Proper Use of Logo
Affiliates are authorized to use the POSIE AND PENN logo solely for the purpose of promoting our products or services as part of the affiliate program. The logo must not be altered, modified, or distorted in any way. Any unauthorized use, including misleading associations or actions that may harm the POSIE AND PENN brand image, will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and potential further action. Affiliates must adhere to all brand guidelines when using the POSIE AND PENN logo.
V) PPC/SEM Policy
POSIE AND PENN allows approved affiliates to run PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns to promote our products and services.
