Groovz Audio Affiliate Program Terms (AWIN)General Program Overview
Groovz Audio is a premium audio brand offering stylish, high-quality True Wireless Earbuds, Open Ear headphones, and Bluetooth speakers. By joining our affiliate program on AWIN, publishers can promote Groovz products and earn commissions on valid sales.
Commission Structure
Standard Commission: [20%] per confirmed sale (net of returns, cancellations, VAT, and shipping).
Performance Incentives: Higher rates may be available for top-performing partners on request.
Cookie Duration: 30 days.
Transactions & De-Duplication
Sales tracked exclusively through the AWIN platform.
Last-click attribution applies, unless otherwise arranged.
Transactions will be reversed for: cancellations, returns, fraud, or duplicate orders.
Branding & Content
Affiliates may use approved banners, logos, and creative assets supplied by Groovz Audio via the AWIN portal.
Any self-created content must accurately represent Groovz Audio products and may not include false or misleading claims.
Affiliates must not bid on Groovz Audio brand terms, misspellings, or domain names in paid search without written permission.
PPC & SEM Guidelines
Allowed: Generic keyword bidding (e.g., “wireless earbuds,” “Bluetooth headphones”).
Prohibited: Direct linking from PPC to the Groovz Audio website, bidding on Groovz brand terms or misspellings, use of “official” wording suggesting direct partnership without approval.
Publisher Responsibilities
Must comply with all relevant advertising, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
No use of spam, forced clicks, or misleading incentives.
Coupon and cashback sites must only promote valid offers provided via AWIN.
Program Restrictions
Email marketing must follow all CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations and be pre-approved if referencing Groovz directly.
Social media promotion is encouraged, but affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in line with FTC and ASA guidelines.
Incentivized traffic (e.g., rewards for clicks only) is not permitted unless pre-approved.
Notice Period & Changes
Groovz Audio reserves the right to update or modify these terms with 7 days’ notice.
Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by deactivating their account.
