Affiliates must make it clear in their application that they are an incentive site as different commission structures may apply. Any affiliate that withholds this information will have their commission declined and/or retracted.

Validations
All Awin tracked sales of TV Memberships and Sports transactions will be validated during the first week of the following month.
Sales are only valid if all T&Cs have been adhered to.
NOW reserves the right to deem any sale invalid if it reasonably suspects that it was generated fraudulently or in any way improperly.
If NOW suspects that a publisher has acted fraudulently, in breach of its obligations under these terms and conditions, NOW reserves the right to:
- Suspend the publishers account;
- Withhold any pending payments for amounts suspected to be derived from fraudulent acts or a breach of any contractual obligations
- Terminate the partnership
Transaction Queries
While NOW commit to resolving any missing transactions, they will not review any transaction queries that are older than 6 months.
Ramifications
If an affiliate breaks the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions NOW will be in touch to resolve the issue. The affiliate commission will be paused until the issue has been resolved. If an affiliate breaks the Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions more than once they will be removed from the programme with immediate effect.
