- Commission Structure: We offer a standard commission of 20% on validated sales (excluding VAT, delivery charges, gift cards, and returns). Commission may vary during promotional periods or for selected partners.
- Validation Policy: Transactions are validated within 30–45 days to allow for returns and payment clearance. Commission will be declined for cancelled orders, returned items, fraudulent activity, or use of unauthorised discount codes.
- Voucher Codes: Only codes supplied via Awin (My Offers or Communication Centre) or directly by our affiliate team may be promoted. Codes sourced from third-party sites without approval are not permitted.
- Gifting & PR Samples: Selected content partners may be eligible for product samples for review, subject to availability and prior approval.

- Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must ensure brand messaging aligns with our premium positioning and avoid misleading claims regarding product performance or ingredients.
- Compliance & Conduct: Breach of program terms may result in commission reversal, suspension, or removal from the program.
