URL Restrictions
Affiliates should not use the NOW TV brand name in their URL.
Affiliates wishing to use the NOW TV brand name in their sub domain or directory URL of their own website will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and may only be actioned with the prior approval from NOW TV.
Creative Guidelines
Affiliates should adhere to the NOW TV branding guidelines that are available within the Awin interface.
Any creative created by the affiliate, and not NOW TV, must be submitted to NOW TV for approval before going live.
Affiliate must display the most up to date logo at all times.
Affiliates are able to pick up creative from the Awin interface or hard-code creative into their site.
Copy Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all instructions and guidelines that are available within the Awin interface.
The Affiliate must comply with all instructions and guidelines in respect of the presentation and/or display of marketing communications. The Affiliate must correct any errors immediately and at its own expense. The Affiliate must remove any copy or marketing immediately on the request of NOW TV or Awin. Affiliates are expected to make any requested changes with 3 days’ notice and a 3 days turnaround.
