3.2. We review all applications but cannot guarantee immediate responses due to high volumes. If you do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, please follow up.

**IV. Affiliate Responsibilities**
4.1. Affiliates must promote our products/services professionally and ethically.
4.2. Activities that could harm our brand reputation or violate laws/regulations are strictly prohibited.
4.3. Affiliates may only use authorised marketing materials provided by us and must not modify or reproduce them without explicit consent.
4.4. Proper implementation of referral links or tracking codes on websites, social media, or other platforms is the Affiliate’s responsibility.
4.5. Contact and payment information must be kept up to date to ensure accurate communication and timely commission payments.
**V. Programme Restrictions**
5.1. Affiliates are prohibited from promoting our brand through paid social and paid search advertising.
5.2. Bidding on our brand-related keywords is not permitted.
5.3. Copying, modifying, or distributing any content from [https://thisissilk.com/](https://thisissilk.com/) without prior written permission is strictly forbidden.
**VI. Discount Codes & Vouchers**
6.1. Affiliates may only promote discount codes provided by the THIS IS SILK affiliate team.
6.2. Commissions earned using unauthorised promotion codes, including exclusive publisher codes and CRM loyalty codes, may be cancelled.
6.3. Old or inactive coupons must be removed from all platforms.
6.4. Unless stated otherwise, promotion codes cannot be used on discounted items, promotional sets, or combined with other discounts.
6.5. Repeated non-compliance with these rules may result in revocation of affiliate status and forfeiture of accrued commissions.
**VII. Commissions and Payments**
7.1. Commissions are earned only on completed and verified sales. Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not qualify.
7.2. Payments are made according to the agreed commission structure and schedule.
7.3. We reserve the right to adjust or withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
**VIII. Termination**
8.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time by providing written notice.
8.2. Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease promoting our products/services and remove all affiliate links and marketing materials.
**IX. Modifications**
9.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or these terms at any time for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
9.2. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
**X. Limitation of Liability**
10.1. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the programme.
10.2. Affiliates participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for their actions and outcomes.
**XI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction**
