Heart Internet Affiliate Programme Commission Terms
Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commission on eligible hosting products only, as outlined below:
- Monthly hosting plans:
100% commission on the first month only - Annual hosting plans:
25% commission on the first year only
These rates apply to the following products:
- Web Hosting
- Managed WordPress Hosting
- VPS Hosting
Commission is not recurring and applies only to the initial qualifying purchase.
Excluded Products
Commission is not payable on the following:
- Domain registrations or renewals
- Email-only products
- Any standalone domain or email purchases not bundled with eligible hosting
Validation Period
- The commission validation period is 90 days from the transaction date.
- Transactions may be declined during this period in cases of cancellation, refund, non-payment, or breach of programme terms.
Eligible Transactions
Commission is payable only on:
- New customer purchases
- Completed and paid transactions
- Orders placed through a valid tracked affiliate referral
Existing customers, internal orders, test transactions, or self-referrals are not eligible for commission.
Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
- If a customer cancels, requests a refund, or issues a chargeback within the validation period, the associated commission will be declined.
- Refunds processed after commission approval may be reclaimed in line with Awin policies.
Promotional Restrictions
Affiliates must:
- Use only approved Heart Internet branding, messaging, and promotional materials
- Not misrepresent pricing, offers, or product features
- Not promote unauthorised discounts, incentives, or voucher codes unless explicitly approved
Heart Internet reserves the right to withhold or reverse commission where promotions breach these terms.
Cookie Duration
- The affiliate cookie duration is 90 days, unless otherwise stated.
- Commission will be attributed to the last valid referring affiliate within this window.
Programme Changes
Heart Internet reserves the right to:
- Amend commission rates
- Update product eligibility
- Modify programme terms
Any changes will be communicated via Awin in advance where possible.
