Eligibility
Affiliates must have a valid AWIN account to participate.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links.
Commissions are calculated on the net sales amount (excluding taxes & shipping).
Affiliate Links
Affiliates must use the tracking links provided via AWIN.
Affiliate links must not be shared on websites or platforms that violate AWIN's terms of service or promote illegal activities.
Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not engage in spamming, cookie stuffing, or other unethical practices.
Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords (e.g., "Casemade") for paid search campaigns.
Misleading claims or false representation of Casemade products are strictly prohibited.
Payment Terms
Commissions are tracked and processed by AWIN according to their payment schedule.
Casemade is not responsible for delays in payments processed by AWIN.
Termination
Casemade reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violations of these terms or any activity deemed harmful to the brand.
Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying AWIN.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must represent Casemade products honestly and in a manner that aligns with the brand’s values.
Affiliates are encouraged to use approved assets and content provided by Casemade.
Changes to the Program
Casemade reserves the right to modify the affiliate program, including commission rates and terms, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via AWIN.
Liability
Casemade is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
Affiliates agree to indemnify Casemade against any claims arising from their promotional activities.
