golfscape Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The golfscape Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses who operate websites or other online platforms related to golf, travel, or leisure. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Commission: Affiliates earn a 5% commission on confirmed (non-cancelled) bookings made through their referral links. Commission rates are subject to change with prior notice.
Creatives: All promotional materials are available in the affiliate portal. If there is a specific destination you'd like to promote but find that materials are missing, please email us, and we will do our best to provide the necessary assets.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in any misleading, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices, such as misrepresenting golfscape's services, using unauthorized advertising channels, or violating intellectual property rights.
Term and Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time. golfscape reserves the right to remove any affiliate for non-compliance with these terms or engagement in unethical practices.
Liability: golfscape is not responsible for any damages arising from an affiliate's participation in the program, including but not limited to issues with tracking, payments, or technical failures.
Changes to Terms: golfscape reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
PPC Policy:
- Affiliates are forbidden from bidding on any brand terms, misspellings, or variants of "golfscape."
- Affiliates are forbidden from using "golfscape" in any part of their URL.
- Affiliates should set “golfscape” as a negative term in broad match to avoid violations.
- Affiliates who lead customers to believe they are golfscape will have their commissions withheld and accounts suspended.
- Direct linking to golfscape's website from paid marketing channels is prohibited.
Prohibited Sites:
Affiliates with sites containing the following will not be accepted into the program:
- Illegal material
- Obscene or sexually explicit content
- Violent, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive content
- Blasphemous or defamatory content
- Fraudulent or dishonest practices, including the use of spyware, will result in removal from the program and commission rejection.
