Terms and Conditions for Affiliates of PAJ GPS
1. Introduction
Welcome to the PAJ GPS Affiliate Program hosted on Awin. By participating in our program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions designed to ensure a successful partnership.
2. Definitions
- "Advertiser" refers to PAJ GPS, the provider of marketing materials and payer for qualified leads or sales.
- "Affiliate" refers to an external partner promoting PAJ GPS offers in exchange for a commission.
- "Network" refers to Awin, the platform that facilitates the affiliate program.

3. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
- To join, submit a complete application via Awin. We reserve the right to reject applications if your site is deemed unsuitable.
4. Promotion and Responsibilities
- Engage ethically and legally, upholding PAJ GPS’s standards, without engaging in spamming, harassment, or deceptive practices.
- Affiliates are permitted to engage in Search Engine Marketing, however, specifics such as keywords must be discussed and approved in advance.
5. Commission and Payments
- Commissions are earned for directing valid sales.
- The baseline commission is 25%. For cashback and voucher sites, it is 15%.
- PAJ GPS will issue payments through Awin according to the network’s payment schedule, considering a 40-day validation period to accommodate our 30-day return policy and prevent fraud.
- Cookie duration is set at 30 days to track and credit sales appropriately.
6. Voucher Codes
- Affiliates may only promote voucher codes issued through the PAJ GPS Affiliate Programme on Awin or directly by PAJ GPS.
- Unauthorized or expired voucher codes may lead to withheld commissions and possible suspension. Such codes must be clearly marked as expired or removed.
7. Commission Cancellation
- PAJ GPS reserves the right to cancel commissions on sales that breach these terms or involve fraudulent activity.
- Affiliates are prohibited from using PAJ GPS's website to search for product details and must use the product feeds provided through Awin.
8. Intellectual Property
- All rights to promotional materials remain with PAJ GPS.
9. Term and Termination
- This agreement begins upon acceptance of your application and can be terminated by either party at any time with written notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
- PAJ GPS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to this agreement or the affiliate program.
11. Miscellaneous
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Terms may be modified and will be communicated via Awin.
