Program Terms

Affiliate Program Policy

1. Direct Linking (Use of Display URL)
- Publishers are not allowed to link directly to the Readybrush website from their search marketing campaigns.
- All traffic must be redirected through the publisher's landing page before reaching the Readybrush website.


2. Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords
Publishers are prohibited from using Readybrush branded terms, variations, or misspellings in the top-level domain of their websites. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Readybrush.com



3. Prohibited Web Site URL Keywords
Publishers are not allowed to use Readybrush-branded terms, variations, or misspellings in any part of their URLs. Prohibited terms include:
- Readybrush
- Ready Brush
- Readybrush Official
- Readybrush Store

This restriction applies to any subdomains, paths, or URL structures.


4. Prohibited Web Site Content
Publishers must not feature the following content on their websites or within their metadata:
- Readybrush-branded terms or variations in an unauthorized manner.
- Inappropriate or restricted types of content, including:
- Political content
- Hate speech or violent content
- Adult content
- Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.


5. Unacceptable Web Sites
Websites will not be accepted into the Readybrush Affiliate Program if they feature or promote:
- Political content or activism
- Hate language or violent imagery
- Pornographic or adult content
- Any content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or ethical standards.



6. Use of Logos, Trademarks, and Brand Representation
- Publishers are only permitted to use Readybrush trademarks, logos, or images provided through the official Affiliate Program dashboard (e.g., ShareASale).
- Unauthorized modifications, reproductions, or uses of Readybrush logos and trademarks are strictly prohibited.
- Publishers may not create any social media accounts, pages, or websites that act as if they officially represent Readybrush.
- This includes using Readybrush-branded terms in account names, handles, or website titles.
- All promotional content must maintain brand integrity and be reviewed upon request.



7. General Compliance
All publishers must:
- Adhere to the above rules when participating in the Readybrush Affiliate Program.
- Respect applicable advertising and intellectual property laws.
- Immediately remove any content or practices deemed in violation of this policy, upon notification by Readybrush.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of affiliate participation and forfeiture of commissions.


8. Prohibition on Misrepresentation
- Publishers must not create misleading content or advertisements that imply a direct affiliation with, or official representation of, Readybrush.
- Misrepresentation includes but is not limited to:
- Posing as Readybrush on social media platforms
- Creating websites, landing pages, or accounts that mimic Readybrush branding
- Using language that suggests they are Readybrush or an official Readybrush spokesperson.
