ReGlow Affiliate Program Agreement
By participating in the ReGlow Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, in addition to the ShareASale Terms of Use:
General Guidelines
Affiliates must ensure that all promotional materials and activities comply with applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements.
Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims about ReGlow products. All representations must be truthful and align with the descriptions provided by ReGlow.
Prohibited Activities
To maintain the integrity of our brand, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
Unauthorized Advertising:
Affiliates may not use unauthorized paid search campaigns, including bidding on branded keywords like "ReGlow," "ReGlow Skincare," or any variations or misspellings.
Affiliates are prohibited from using "ReGlow" in the display URL of any paid ads.
Spam and Unethical Practices:
Sending unsolicited emails or spam messages to promote ReGlow products is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not use misleading links or redirect traffic inappropriately.
Trademark Violations:
Affiliates may not use ReGlow trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent, except in pre-approved materials provided by ReGlow.
Discount and Coupon Sites:
Affiliates may not promote unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions outside those explicitly approved by ReGlow.
Content Restrictions:
Affiliates may not publish or promote ReGlow products on websites containing offensive, defamatory, or adult content.
Affiliates are prohibited from creating social media pages or accounts impersonating ReGlow.
Inappropriate Claims:
Affiliates must avoid claims about ReGlow products being clinically proven, FDA-approved, or other unsubstantiated health-related assertions unless specifically provided by ReGlow.
Commission Terms
Commissions will be earned only on qualifying purchases made through an affiliate’s unique tracking link.
ReGlow reserves the right to withhold or adjust commission payments if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.
Termination
ReGlow reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at its sole discretion if an affiliate violates these terms or engages in any activities deemed harmful to the brand’s reputation.
Amendments
ReGlow reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via the email associated with their ShareASale account. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
By participating in the ReGlow Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your affiliate account.
