Probatix Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Probatix Affiliate Program! By partnering with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Commission and Payment
- Affiliates will earn a 8-15% commission on valid sales attributed to their tracking link.
- Payments will be processed monthly via Awin, provided the minimum payment threshold is met.
- Probatix reserves the right to adjust commissions in cases of refunds, cancellations, or fraud.
2. Prohibited Practices
- Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including, but not limited to:
- - Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or misrepresentation of our brand.
- - Bidding on Probatix brand keywords or variations without explicit approval.
- Affiliates may not use deceptive practices or unauthorized promotions.
3. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates must ensure that all promotions and marketing align with the Probatix brand and values.
- Use of Probatix logos, images, or content requires prior written approval.
- Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with local regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines).
4. Termination
- Probatix reserves the right to terminate any affiliate agreement without notice in cases of policy violation or unethical behavior.
- Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying Probatix via the Awin platform.
5. Tracking and Attribution
- Awin tracking technology will be used to attribute sales to affiliates. Probatix is not responsible for untracked or lost commissions due to technical errors or user behavior.
6. Program Modifications
- Probatix reserves the right to modify the program’s terms, conditions, or commission structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
7. Liability
- Probatix is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by affiliates during participation in the program.

- Probatix behält sich das Recht vor, Provisionen bei Rückerstattungen, Stornierungen oder Betrugsfällen anzupassen.
2. Verbotene Praktiken
- Affiliates dürfen keine betrügerischen Aktivitäten ausüben, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf:
- - Cookie-Stuffing, Klickbetrug oder irreführende Darstellungen unserer Marke.
- - Bieten auf Probatix-Markenkeywords oder deren Variationen ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung.
- Affiliates dürfen keine irreführenden Methoden oder nicht autorisierte Werbemaßnahmen verwenden.
3. Richtlinien für Werbung
- Affiliates müssen sicherstellen, dass alle Werbe- und Marketingmaßnahmen mit der Marke und den Werten von Probatix übereinstimmen.
- Die Verwendung von Probatix-Logos, Bildern oder Inhalten erfordert eine vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung.
- Affiliates sind verpflichtet, ihre Affiliate-Beziehung gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften (z. B. FTC-Richtlinien) offenzulegen.
4. Kündigung
- Probatix behält sich das Recht vor, Affiliates bei Verstößen gegen die Richtlinien oder unethischem Verhalten ohne Vorankündigung vom Programm auszuschließen.
- Affiliates können ihre Teilnahme jederzeit durch Benachrichtigung über die Awin-Plattform beenden.
5. Tracking und Zuordnung
- Zur Zuordnung von Verkäufen wird die Tracking-Technologie von Awin verwendet. Probatix übernimmt keine Verantwortung für nicht erfasste oder verlorene Provisionen aufgrund technischer Fehler oder Nutzerverhalten.
6. Programmänderungen
- Probatix behält sich das Recht vor, die Bedingungen, Konditionen oder Provisionsstruktur des Programms jederzeit zu ändern. Über wesentliche Änderungen werden Affiliates informiert.
7. Haftungsausschluss
- Probatix haftet nicht für Schäden, Verluste oder Kosten, die Affiliates während der Teilnahme am Programm entstehen.
