Terms and Conditions
All affiliates are required to adhere to IAB and Pooch & Mutt Ts & Cs. These may be subject to change, but are included below for reference.
· Affiliates must always promote Pooch & Mutt in a positive, relevant manner
· All affiliates who apply to the Pooch & Mutt affiliate program will be reviewed prior to a decision being reached. To maximise your chance of being accepted, clearly express your relevance and value to the Pooch & Mutt program in your application and only list the URL/URLs that you plan to feature Pooch & Mutt on. Any approvals, apply only to the urls provided at the time of application. You do not have permission to feature Pooch & Mutt on any sites that are not listed in your original application.
· If you wish to feature Pooch & Mutt on other sites that you own, please contact the Affiliate team: partnerships@poochandmutt.com
· Voucher code usage: you are only permitted to list voucher codes found in AWIN under our Offers tab, sent via AWIN newsletters from Pooch & Mutt, or that are sent to you direct on email from the Affiliate team from one of the following approved email addresses: cat@poochandmutt.com; adam@poochandmutt.com; tori@poochandmutt.com or partnerships@poochandmutt.com, failure to comply will result in declined commissions
· Newsletter allowed with explicit permission of Pooch & Mutt and dependent on content - must be pre-approved by emailing partnerships@poochandmutt.com
· PPC Bidding is only allowed on brand + discount terms with explicit permission of Pooch & Mutt - must be discussed and signed off before any bidding takes place
· Retargeting and Remarketing allowed with explicit permission of Pooch & Mutt and dependent on content - must be pre-approved
· Affiliate sites must be complete and not under construction
The following affiliate sites or behavior is not permitted:
· Under construction
· Contain adult content or are pornographic or sexually explicit.
· Promote violence, discrimination, terrorism, drug use, harassment, or other illegal activities.
· Use spyware or phishing techniques or are motivated by fraudulent and dishonest practices.
· Adopt black hat web practices.
· Work against the interest of Pooch & Mutt
· Participate in fraudulent activities.
· Advertise Sale against Pooch & Mutt products if the products are not in Sale.
· Affiliates must not duplicate or reproduce lifestyle images or product content from the Pooch & Mutt website.
· Any usage of the Pooch & Mutt logo or Pooch & Mutt creative must be approved and be in line with current season.
All affiliates are required to adhere to IAB and Pooch & Mutt Terms and Conditions.
Pooch & Mutt reserves the right not to honour any commissions that have been generated in a fraudulent or dishonest manner. Any affiliate found to be acting in a fraudulent or dishonest manner faces immediate expulsion, with any pending commissions withheld.
