Commission Structure
- New Customer Acquisitions:
- We prioritise acquiring new customers and offer higher commission rates for these conversions.
- Existing Customer Transactions:
- Commission rates are lower for existing customer transactions to reflect our focus on new customer growth.
- Transaction Approvals:
- Commission is only paid on transactions approved by our clinical team. Orders that are not authorised, cancelled, or refunded will not be eligible for commission.
Unauthorised Discount Codes
- Commission will not be paid for sales generated using unauthorised discount codes. Affiliates must only promote codes provided directly by Simple Online Pharmacy.
Prohibited Activities
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- PPC campaigns are not permitted as part of this programme. We may review and update this policy in the future.
- Misleading Promotions:
- Affiliates must not use false or misleading claims to promote Simple Online Pharmacy products or services.
Publisher Types
We welcome collaboration with the following publisher types:
- Content publishers
- Cashback platforms
- Retargeting campaigns
- Discount code websites (authorised only)
- Card linking partners
- Brand partnerships
- Closed user groups
Compliance
- Affiliates must describe Simple Online Pharmacy products accurately and in alignment with descriptions on our website.
- All affiliates must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Awin’s terms of use, thanks.
Additional Terms
- Simple Online Pharmacy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
