1.2. Application Process To join the Program, complete the publisher application form. Acceptance is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to reject applications for any reason.
1.3. Prohibited Content Publishers must not promote our products on websites or channels that:
- Contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal material.
- Promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
2. Publisher Responsibilities
2.1. Promotion of Products You will receive access to unique tracking links and marketing materials. Use these to promote Tizo products or services.
2.2. Compliance You must comply with all applicable laws, including:
- FTC disclosure requirements (e.g., clear disclosure of affiliate links).
- GDPR or similar data privacy laws.
2.3. Restricted Activities You may not:
- Use unauthorized advertisements (e.g., pay-per-click on branded keywords).
- Mislead users about our products or services.
- Spam potential customers.
3. Commission and Payment
3.1. Commission Structure
Publishers earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique tracking links.
Commission rates and structures are detailed in your publisher dashboard.
3.2. Payment Schedule
Payments are processed monthly and require a minimum payout threshold of $25.
Payments are made via AWIN or PayPal.
3.3. Refunds and Chargebacks
Commissions are voided for transactions that are refunded, canceled, or charged back.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Usage Rights We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our logos, banners, and other marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
4.2. Restrictions You may not:
- Alter or misuse our trademarks.
- Represent yourself as an employee or agent of Fallene, Ltd and Tizo Skincare.
5. Term and Termination
5.1. Duration These Terms begin upon your acceptance into the Program and continue until terminated by either party.
5.2. Termination by Publisher You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.
5.3. Termination by Fallene, Ltd and Tizo Skincare We reserve the right to terminate your participation for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity.
5.4. Effect of Termination Upon termination:
You must remove all publisher links and marketing materials.
Outstanding commissions may be forfeited for breaches of these Terms.
6. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information we share, including performance metrics, commission details, and marketing strategies.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of revenue, profits, or data.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount of commissions earned by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pennsylvania.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided via email or your publisher dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
