LogoNerds.com Affiliate Program Agreement
Please read this agreement before registering. By joining the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Term of the Agreement
This agreement starts when LogoNerds.com approves your affiliate application.
It ends when either you or LogoNerds.com chooses to terminate it.
Termination can happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.
You can only earn referral fees on sales that happen while the agreement is active.
2. Commissions
You earn 25% of any paid membership fees from referrals who become paying customers.
No commission is paid if the referral does not purchase.
You also earn an additional 5% on fees from affiliates who joined the program through your banners or links.
3. Payments
Commissions are paid monthly, within 10 days after the end of the month.
If your earned commission for a month is less than $50, it will roll over until the total exceeds $50.
4. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Bad Checks
If a customer’s payment is declined, refunded, charged back, or paid with a bad check, the related amount will be deducted from your commission.
5. No Spam Policy
You may not send unsolicited emails (“spam”) to promote LogoNerds.com.
This includes targeted lists, opt-in campaigns unrelated to small businesses, or any mass unsolicited emails.
Violating this rule will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of your payments.
6. Competition
You may not compete directly with LogoNerds.com’s paid ads.
Do not place ads on websites already running LogoNerds.com ads.
If using pay-per-click (PPC) ads:
Never outbid LogoNerds.com.
Never bid on the term “LogoNerds.com.”
If notified you have a higher bid, you must lower it within 48 hours.
Violations will result in termination.
7. Modification of Terms
LogoNerds.com may change this agreement at any time by posting updates on its website.
Changes may include referral fees, payment schedules, procedures, or rules.
If you do not accept the changes, your only option is to terminate the agreement.
Continuing participation means you accept the new terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
LogoNerds.com is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or data).
Total liability will never exceed the referral fees paid or payable to you under this agreement.
9. Independent Evaluation
By joining, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement.
You understand that Logonerds.com may solicit referrals or run competing websites.
You have independently decided to join the program and are not relying on any promises outside of this agreement.
10. Miscellaneous
This agreement is governed by the laws of Canada (Province of Ontario).
Any legal action must be filed in Ontario courts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
You may not transfer this agreement without prior written consent.
This agreement is binding on both parties and their successors/assigns.
Failure by LogoNerds.com to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its rights.
