opJob Affiliate Program Agreement
By participating in the TopJob Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Eligible Traffic Sources
Affiliates are permitted to promote TopJob products through approved methods including, but not limited to, organic content, blogs, social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing. Affiliates must not engage in any illegal or unethical marketing practices.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:
Cookie Stuffing: Using deceptive techniques to place cookies on users’ devices without their knowledge.
Misleading Advertising: Making false claims or misrepresenting TopJob products or services.
Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or other forms of unsolicited communication to promote TopJob products.
Trademark Bidding: Bidding on branded terms (e.g., "TopJob," "TopJob ergonomic chairs") in paid search campaigns without prior consent.
Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud or deceptive marketing tactics to generate sales or clicks.
Use of Trademarks
Affiliates may only use TopJob's trademarks and logos in accordance with the provided marketing materials. Affiliates must not alter any promotional materials without permission.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy, data protection, and online marketing.
Commission Structure and Payment
Affiliates will earn commissions based on the sales generated through their referral links. Commissions will be paid according to the terms outlined in the ShareASale platform and are subject to ShareASale’s payment policies.
Affiliate Termination
TopJob reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time, for any reason, including non-compliance with these terms. Affiliates will forfeit any earned commissions if they are terminated due to violation of the program agreement.
Program Modifications
TopJob reserves the right to modify or update this agreement at any time, and affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
By registering for and participating in the TopJob Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge and accept the terms outlined above, in addition to ShareASale’s Terms of Use.
