1. Introduction
Welcome to the Find The Geeks Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our affiliate marketing program. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Enrollment
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have a website, blog, or social media platform relevant to productivity, time management, or related fields.
Approval: We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Acceptance into the program does not imply endorsement of your site or content by Find The Geeks.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promotion: You agree to promote Find The Geeks in a manner that is consistent with our brand values, emphasizing productivity, time management, and community responsibility.
Content: All promotional materials must accurately represent Find The Geeks. Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims are prohibited.
Compliance: You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your promotion of the brand.
Brand Image: Do not engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of Find The Geeks, including but not limited to, spamming, use of inappropriate or offensive content, or association with unethical practices.
4. Use of Materials
Provided Materials: We provide you with banners, text links, and other marketing materials which you must use to generate traffic.
Custom Content: If you create your own marketing content, it must be approved by us before use to ensure it aligns with our brand standards.
5. Commission Structure
Earnings: You will earn a commission for each new user who signs up via your affiliate link and subscribes to a paid plan. The commission rate and structure will be communicated upon your acceptance into the program and are subject to change with notice.
Payment: Commissions are paid monthly, provided the amount exceeds the minimum payment threshold of $50. Payments are made via PayPal or another method agreed upon.
6. Prohibited Practices
Cookie Stuffing: Placing cookies on a user's computer without their knowledge or consent is strictly forbidden.
Trademark Bidding: You may not bid on Find The Geeks trademarks, brand names, or variations in Paid Search ads.
Unsolicited Promotions: No spamming or unsolicited email marketing is allowed.
7. Tracking and Reporting
Cookies: We use cookies to track sales referred by you. Cookies last for 30 days from the user's last visit.
Reporting: Earnings reports are available through our affiliate dashboard, which provides real-time data on clicks, sales, and commissions.
8. Termination
By Us: We may terminate your participation at any time if we determine that your activities violate these terms or damage our brand.
By You: You may end your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.
9. Modification
Changes: We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation post-notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: We offer no warranty or guarantee of success or earnings from this program.
Liability: We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from this program.
11. Confidentiality
Non-disclosure: All non-public information about Find The Geeks, the affiliate program, or our users must be kept confidential.
12. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in St Petersburg, FL.
