Beauty Market Online Affiliate Program Agreement
Thank you for joining the Beauty Market Online Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following guidelines and restrictions. All affiliates must also adhere to ShareASale’s Terms of Use.
1. Commission Structure:
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on each sale referred through their unique affiliate link.
Commission rates and terms may change at our discretion, but affiliates will be notified in advance.
2. Prohibited Activities:
No Click Fraud or Incentivized Traffic: Affiliates may not engage in click fraud, such as generating clicks through automated or incentivized means, including offering rewards or incentives in exchange for clicks.
No Spamming: Affiliates are prohibited from using spam emails, forums, or other unsolicited methods to promote links.
No Bidding on Trademarked Terms: Affiliates may not bid on "Beauty Market Online" or similar trademarked terms in paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) without prior written approval.
No Deceptive Practices: Affiliates may not mislead potential customers, misrepresent the website, or use fraudulent methods to generate sales.
No Coupon/Deal Sites Without Approval: Affiliates wishing to promote our products on coupon or deal sites must seek prior approval.
3. Marketing Restrictions:
Affiliates are prohibited from creating or promoting misleading advertisements or landing pages that do not directly reflect Beauty Market Online’s actual product offerings.
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they are promoting Beauty Market Online products and participating in the affiliate program.
4. Use of Trademarks and Branding:
Affiliates may use Beauty Market Online’s logos, product images, and other assets in compliance with our branding guidelines, which will be provided upon request. Affiliates are not authorized to use our branding in any other context without prior written consent.
5. Payment Terms:
Commissions will be paid according to ShareASale's payment schedule. Affiliates must ensure that their payment details are up to date to receive payments.
Payment Methods: Payments will be made via check, PayPal, or direct deposit, depending on the affiliate’s chosen payment method.
6. Compliance with Laws:
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all advertising and promotion activities comply with local laws and regulations, including those related to advertising standards and consumer protection laws.
Affiliates must comply with FTC Guidelines on affiliate marketing, including proper disclosures of affiliate relationships and income.
7. Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate from the program at any time, without notice, if there is a violation of these terms or ShareASale’s Terms of Use.
8. Refunds and Chargebacks:
In the event of a chargeback or refund, commissions related to the refunded amount will be deducted from future payouts.
