TIZAG Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the TIZAG Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to ShareASale’s Terms of Use. Please read carefully before participating.
1. Program Overview
As a TIZAG affiliate, you will earn a 15% commission on sales generated through your unique affiliate links, with a 30-day cookie tracking window to credit referrals. Our program is designed to reward affiliates for promoting our innovative, customizable, and eco-friendly phone cases.
2. Affiliate Eligibility
To join the TIZAG Affiliate Program, affiliates must:
- Operate a website, blog, or social media account in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Avoid any content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful to the TIZAG brand.
3. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in the following activities:
- Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on branded keywords such as "TIZAG" or similar terms in paid search campaigns.
- Misleading Promotions: Affiliates must not use false claims, unauthorized discounts, or deceptive practices to generate sales.
- Spam: Affiliates must not send unsolicited emails or engage in any form of spam marketing.
- Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates must not use techniques to force cookies without the user’s consent.
- Domain Squatting: Affiliates are prohibited from registering domains containing "TIZAG" or similar variations.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions.
4. Commission Payment
- Commissions are calculated at a rate of 15% on net sales.
- Payments will be processed through ShareASale according to their standard payout schedule.
- Any returns, cancellations, or chargebacks will result in the adjustment of commissions.
5. Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to use the approved banners, logos, and promotional materials provided in the ShareASale interface. Unauthorized use of TIZAG branding or content is strictly prohibited.
6. Termination
TIZAG reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts at any time for non-compliance with this agreement. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to TIZAG.
7. Liability Disclaimer
TIZAG is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may affect affiliate tracking or commission payouts. Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk.
8. Modification of Terms
TIZAG reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the ShareASale platform.
By participating in the TIZAG Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement.
