Participation
To participate in the Hywell affiliate program, publishers must apply through Awin and be approved by Hywell. Approved publishers may promote Hywell using Awin tracking links, approved creatives, and current promotional information provided in the program.
Participation is subject to ongoing review. Hywell may suspend or end a partnership if a publisher’s website, traffic source, promotional method, or content is unsuitable for the program or inconsistent with Hywell’s brand guidelines.
Brand and Product Focus
Hywell’s current affiliate focus is the Merino Wool Work Socks collection. Publishers should focus promotion on Merino wool work socks built for long shifts, work boots, hard floors, and everyday comfort.
Publishers must not promote discontinued Hywell products, old athletic socks, old running socks, outdated product links, outdated product images, or old copy from previous Hywell campaigns.
Commission Payments
Affiliates earn 12% commission on approved orders tracked through Awin. Commission is subject to Awin tracking, validation, and payment rules.
Commissions may be declined or adjusted for cancelled orders, refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, duplicate transactions, self-referrals, unauthorized voucher use, or activity that violates Hywell’s program terms.

Prohibited Claims and Content
Publishers must not use misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims about Hywell or its products.
The following claims are not allowed:
- Made in USA
- Waterproof
- Lifetime Warranty
- Cure, treat, heal, or medical relief claims
- Guaranteed no odor
- Zero sweat
- Never wears out
- Best socks in the world
- All Hywell socks have a 10-Year Warranty
The 10-Year Warranty applies to Merino wool socks only.
Unsuitable Promotional Activity
Hywell does not allow promotion on websites, channels, or content that include adult content, gambling, violence, discrimination, illegal activity, misleading claims, fake reviews, spam, malware, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or intellectual property violations.
Publishers must not misrepresent Hywell, impersonate the brand, use unauthorized domains or subdomains containing the Hywell name, or use Hywell’s brand name in a misleading way.
Use of Creatives and Links
Publishers should use current Awin tracking links, approved creatives, and current product information. If Hywell updates or removes creatives, publishers are expected to stop using outdated materials and replace them with current approved assets.
Disclosure and Compliance
Publishers are responsible for following applicable advertising, affiliate disclosure, privacy, and platform rules, including clear disclosure of affiliate relationships where required.
Modification of Terms
Hywell may update these program terms from time to time. Publishers will be notified of material changes through Awin, email, or the affiliate program portal. Continued participation in the program means the publisher accepts the updated terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes relating to these terms should be handled according to Awin’s applicable policies and the governing law of Hywell’s registered business location.
