2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited within our affiliate program:
Promoting our products on adult, violent, or hate-content websites.
Displaying our links or banners on coupon or discount-only websites without prior approval.
Using cookie stuffing, ad fraud, or other manipulative practices to generate commissions.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions as outlined in the program terms on the ShareASale platform.
Commission payouts may be adjusted or withheld if fraudulent activity is detected.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violations of this agreement or ShareASale’s Terms of Use.
5. Trademark and Branding Guidelines
Affiliates may not use our logos, trademarks, or other branding materials without express written permission.
Any content using our brand must be pre-approved.
7. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from participation in our program, including but not limited to lost profits or reputational harm.
