- Age Restrictions: Affiliates must not target individuals under the legal smoking age (e.g., 18 or 21, depending on the jurisdiction).
4. Content Guidelines
- Affiliates are prohibited from publishing:

- False or unsubstantiated claims about the product’s effectiveness or safety.
- Content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
5. Return and Refund Policy
- Returns: Only unopened and undamaged products are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed for defective products following a verification process. Opened consumables (e.g., pods, cartridges) are not refundable.
