FootballTicketNet USA Affiliate Program – General Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the FootballTicketNet USA Affiliate Program. By joining our program through Awin, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, trust, and a mutually beneficial partnership between FootballTicketNet and our affiliate partners.
1. Eligibility
To join, you must operate a valid website, blog, mobile app, or social media channel related to sports, travel, or entertainment. FootballTicketNet reserves the right to approve or reject any application based on content quality, audience relevance, or brand alignment.
2. Tracking & Attribution
All tracking is handled via Awin’s platform.
A 30-day cookie window applies.
Commission is credited to the last referring affiliate before purchase.
We are not liable for tracking issues caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or cookie deletion.
3. Commission Details
Commissions are earned on completed and valid sales.
The current commission rate is listed under the "Commission" tab on Awin.
Commissions may be adjusted for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
Promotional bonuses may be offered during peak periods (e.g., tournament finals, holiday seasons).
4. Payment
All payments are processed by Awin according to their monthly payment schedule.
Payout thresholds, currencies, and payment methods (e.g., PayPal, direct deposit) are managed through your Awin account.
FootballTicketNet does not handle direct payments to affiliates.
5. Prohibited Activities
Violations of the following may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
Misleading or deceptive advertising.
Unauthorized use of FootballTicketNet branding.
Cookie stuffing, adware, or click fraud.
Paid search bidding on trademarked terms (e.g., “FootballTicketNet” or domain variations) without express written approval.
Direct linking to our website from paid ads.
6. Approved Marketing Channels
You may promote FootballTicketNet through:
Blogs and content websites
Social media (with FTC-compliant disclosures)
Email newsletters (opt-in lists only)
Sports forums and fan communities
All promotions must follow Awin’s Publisher Code of Conduct and U.S. advertising regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements.
7. Marketing Assets
Affiliates are encouraged to use approved banners, text links, and product feeds provided via Awin.
Custom creative assets must be approved in advance.
Any unauthorized use of FootballTicketNet’s name, logo, or content is strictly prohibited.
8. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Bidding on branded keywords, including variations or misspellings, is not permitted.
Direct linking from paid ads to our site is prohibited.
Brand+Generic combinations are not allowed unless explicitly approved.
Violation of PPC policy may result in account suspension or removal.
9. De-duplication
To ensure fair attribution, we apply standard de-duplication rules through Awin. If a transaction is credited to another channel (e.g., direct, paid media), it will not be eligible for affiliate commission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time if:
You violate these terms
Fraudulent or unethical behavior is detected
Your account remains inactive for an extended period
You may also leave the program voluntarily by removing all affiliate links and notifying us via Awin.
11. Program Changes
FootballTicketNet may update commission rates, program rules, or eligibility criteria at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Awin interface. Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
FootballTicketNet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the commissions paid to you in the six months preceding any claim.
By participating in the FootballTicketNet USA Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, as well as the Awin Publisher Code of Conduct.
