FootballTicketNet Affiliate Programme – General Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the FootballTicketNet Affiliate Programme. By joining our programme via Awin, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a transparent, fair, and mutually beneficial partnership.
1. Eligibility
To participate, affiliates must operate a legitimate website, blog, mobile app, or social media account relevant to football, sports, travel, or events. FootballTicketNet reserves the right to review, approve, or reject applications based on content quality, audience relevance, or brand alignment.
2. Tracking & Attribution
Tracking is managed via Awin's tracking technology.
A 30-day cookie window applies to all eligible transactions.
Sales will be credited to the last referring affiliate before the sale.
We are not responsible for sales lost due to customer cookie deletion or third-party interference.
3. Commission Structure
Commissions are paid on valid, completed sales.
The standard commission structure is visible in the Commission tab.
Custom commission tiers or incentives may be offered during peak periods.
Cancellations, returns, or chargebacks will result in commission reversals.
4. Payment Terms
All commissions are paid through Awin based on their monthly payment cycle.
Minimum payout thresholds and payment settings are managed via your Awin account.
FootballTicketNet does not process payments directly.
5. Prohibited Practices
The following actions will result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of commissions:
Misleading advertising, false promotions, or deceptive content.
Use of adware, malware, or cookie stuffing.
Bidding on FootballTicketNet brand terms, variations, or misspellings in PPC without written approval.
Direct linking to our domain via paid ads.
Use of unauthorized creatives or impersonation of our brand.
6. Approved Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote via:
Content websites, blogs, and online magazines
Social media platforms (with transparency and proper disclaimers)
Email marketing (compliant with GDPR and Awin’s policies)
Travel, sports, and lifestyle platforms
All marketing must follow Awin’s code of conduct and local advertising regulations.
7. Creatives & Brand Usage
Affiliates may use approved banners, text links, product feeds, and widgets provided by FootballTicketNet via Awin.
Modification of creatives or creation of custom assets requires prior written approval.
Our logo, trademarks, or brand references must not be used in a way that misrepresents the partnership.
8. PPC Policy
Bidding on our brand name (e.g., "FootballTicketNet") or domain (including misspellings or variations) is strictly prohibited.
Direct linking to our site from paid search ads is not allowed.
Brand+Generic combinations (e.g., “FootballTicketNet tickets”) are not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
Any violation of the PPC policy may lead to suspension without notice.
9. De-Duplication Policy
We apply standard de-duplication practices through Awin to avoid multiple commission claims.
If a transaction is attributed to another source (e.g., direct, email, or other affiliate), only the final eligible source will receive the commission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the programme at any time and without prior notice for:
Breach of these terms
Fraudulent or unethical behaviour
Negative impact on our brand
Long-term inactivity
Affiliates may also leave the programme at any time by removing links and notifying us via Awin.
11. Programme Modifications
FootballTicketNet may update these terms, commission rates, or programme details at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the Awin interface. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Liability Disclaimer
FootballTicketNet is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the programme. Total liability is limited to commissions paid within the last 6 months.
