Affiliates must only use product information, benefits, and claims as officially provided by AV Laboratories. Unauthorized modifications or exaggerations are prohibited. For approved claims or marketing materials, please contact your Affiliate Program Manager.
Respectful Communication
Maintain a respectful and professional tone in all communications, including marketing materials, social media posts, and direct interactions. Negative behavior, harassment, or inflammatory language will result in immediate removal from the program.
Prohibition of Unauthorized Promises
Do not make guarantees, warranties, or promises on behalf of AV Laboratories that are not explicitly endorsed by the company. This includes promises of specific results or outcomes from using our products.
Accurate Representation
Ensure all promotional content accurately represents AV Laboratories and its products. Engaging in false advertising, misleading claims, or unapproved messaging is strictly prohibited.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards, FTC guidelines, and affiliate marketing best practices. Include clear and conspicuous disclosures (e.g., #ad or #sponsored) in all promotional content.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in the following activities:
Use of unethical marketing practices, including spam, clickbait, or misleading redirects.
Bidding on AV Laboratories trademarks or brand-related keywords in paid search campaigns without prior approval.
Posting inappropriate, offensive, or unapproved content in association with AV Laboratories.
Violating intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or imagery.
Termination of Agreement
AV Laboratories reserves the right to terminate this agreement and revoke affiliate privileges at any time for violations of these terms or actions deemed harmful to the brand or its customers.
