1. Program Eligibility
• The Sitzsack-Shop Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses who operate websites, blogs, or social media platforms in compliance with applicable laws.
• Affiliates must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
• Sitzsack-Shop reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.
2. Commission Structure
• Affiliates earn a percentage of the net sale value (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) for all completed transactions made through their unique affiliate link.
• The exact commission rate is outlined in the program details and may be subject to periodic adjustments with prior notice.
3. Cookie Duration
• The program uses a 30-day cookie period to track referrals. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link, the affiliate is eligible for the commission.
4. Prohibited Activities
• Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to: cookie stuffing, unauthorized coupon distribution, or misrepresentation of the Sitzsack-Shop brand.
• Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Sitzsack-Shop trademark keywords in paid search campaigns.
5. Promotional Materials
• Affiliates will have access to a library of banners, text links, and other marketing assets provided by Sitzsack-Shop.
• Affiliates must not modify, misrepresent, or misuse any provided assets.
6. Payment Terms
• Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
• Payments will be made via the method specified in the affiliate’s account settings.
7. Termination of Agreement
• Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying Sitzsack-Shop in writing.
• Sitzsack-Shop reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for breach of terms, inactivity, or other valid reasons.
8. Program Modifications
• Sitzsack-Shop reserves the right to modify these terms, including commission rates and cookie durations, with reasonable notice to affiliates.
9. Liability
• Sitzsack-Shop is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation in the program. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations.
