Affiliate Program Agreement for UKSG.tools
This Affiliate Program Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the UKSG.tools affiliate program on the ShareASale platform. By joining the program, affiliates agree to comply with the following rules, as well as ShareASale’s Terms of Use.
1. General Terms
Affiliates must provide accurate information during registration and maintain up-to-date contact details.
Affiliates must be 18 years or older to participate.
All marketing activities must represent UKSG.tools truthfully and professionally.
2. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following:
Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of the UKSG.tools logo, trademarks, or branding beyond approved materials.
Spam: Use of unsolicited email, messaging, or other forms of intrusive marketing.
Misrepresentation: False or misleading claims about UKSG.tools products or services.
Cookie Stuffing: Any activity intended to generate affiliate commissions without user consent or knowledge.
Prohibited Advertising Channels:
No bidding on brand-specific keywords or domains (e.g., “UKSG.tools”) in paid search campaigns.
No unauthorized promotions via coupon or cashback websites.
Unethical Practices: Including but not limited to cloaking, click fraud, or other fraudulent activities.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their websites and promotional content comply with all applicable laws, including privacy and data protection regulations.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with UKSG.tools in compliance with FTC guidelines or equivalent regulations in their region.
4. Commissions
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on each sale referred through their unique affiliate link.
The average order value is approximately $300, providing significant earning potential.
Commissions are only paid for valid transactions and will be reviewed for fraudulent activity before approval.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are made via ShareASale’s payment system according to their standard schedule.
Affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold set by ShareASale to receive payment.
6. Program Termination
UKSG.tools reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without prior notice for violations of this agreement or activities that harm the brand’s reputation.
7. Amendments
UKSG.tools reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
