1. Eligibility

1.2 Affiliates must operate websites, blogs, or social media platforms that comply with applicable laws and align with Maverick & Co. ’s values. Sites with offensive, harmful, or discriminatory content will be rejected.
2. Commission and Payouts
2.1 Commissions are paid based on qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link.
2.2 Commission rates are determined as per the agreement and may vary based on product category or promotional campaigns.
2.3 Certain products or categories may be excluded from commission payouts, including but not limited to, Gift cards, Shipping fees and taxes
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their unique affiliate links are used correctly.
3.2 Affiliates must not engage in misleading or fraudulent activities, including spamming, unauthorized promotions, or false claims about Maverick & Co..
4. Promotion Guidelines
4.1 Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials provided by Maverick & Co. or seek prior approval for custom content.
4.2 Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords (e.g., Maverick & Co.) or engage in direct competitor targeting without prior approval.
4.3 Affiliates may not promote the program through coupon or deal sites unless explicitly approved.
5. Termination
5.1 Maverick & Co. reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of these terms
- Misuse of affiliate links or promotional materials
- Failure to comply with legal or ethical guidelines
5.2 Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying Maverick & Co..
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Affiliates may use Maverick & Co. ’s logos and marketing materials solely for promoting our products within the scope of the affiliate program.
6.2 Affiliates may not modify or misuse Maverick & Co. ’s intellectual property in any way.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Maverick & Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
8. Amendments
8.1 Maverick & Co. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate portal.
