Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
To join the Five Star Direct Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Own or operate a website, social media channel, or another platform that aligns with the Five Star Direct brand values.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your region.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates are responsible for promoting Five Star Direct products using the provided marketing materials and affiliate links.
- Affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or activities that harm the reputation of Five Star Direct.
- Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship to their audience in compliance with advertising guidelines.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a commission of 7% on every valid sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions are paid on the net sales amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds).
4. Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal or bank transfer.
- Payments are processed within 30 days after the close of each month, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates may not use paid advertising (e.g., PPC) that directly competes with Five Star Direct’s own campaigns.
- Affiliates must not promote Five Star Direct through unauthorized channels, such as coupon sites, without explicit permission.
- Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on brand-related keywords in search engines.
6. Tracking and Cookies
- Referrals are tracked through cookies with a lifespan of 30 days. Sales must occur within this window to qualify for commissions.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement with a 7-day notice.
- Five Star Direct reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in case of breach of terms.
8. Changes to Terms
Five Star Direct reserves the right to modify the terms of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or the affiliate dashboard.
9. Liability
Five Star Direct is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
