Terms and Conditions

Promotional activities
1. Sometimes, Park Leisure will tell affiliates about special promotions they can join if they want. These promotions may include higher commission rates, discounts or other ways to help increase sales for a limited time.
2. Park Leisure can end these promotions at any time and will let affiliates know if they do.

 

Commissions
Affiliates can earn commission payments from Park Leisure as long as they:
1. Follow all the rules in this document.
2. Make sales that have:
  - Been booked and tracked successfully through an official affiliate link.
  - Not been cancelled by the guest.
  - The guest has arrived and completed their holiday.
  - The booking was not made with a discount code or offer from another party.
3. The amount of commission may change if a guest changes their booking and lowers the price. Commissions will be based on the final booking cost.
4. If affiliates break the rules about commission payments, they will be notified and their commission payments may be refused.
5. For any disputes about commission payments, Park Leisure will look into the issue, but their decision will be final.

 

General behaviour
1. Park Leisure will check on affiliates from time to time and if there are any concerns, they will let the affiliates know.
2. Affiliates must present Park Leisure content and IP clearly and professionally. This means using the right image sizes, correct spelling and avoiding slang or inappropriate language.
3. Park Leisure will not accept any content that is:
  - Discriminatory
  - Sexual
  - Related to gambling
  - Related to drug use
  - Politically charged
  - Encouraging violence
  - Generally inappropriate
4. If affiliates violate these behaviour rules, they will be notified and may be suspended or removed from the program, depending on how serious the violation is.

Intellectual Property
1. Intellectual Property (IP) includes all logos, business names, trademarks (registered and unregistered), website addresses, copyrights and other related rights around the world.
2. Park Leisure will provide approved marketing materials, including images, text, logos and links, for affiliates to use. This will be done through the Awin platform or sent directly via email.
3. Park Leisure allows affiliates to use its IP only to promote authorised activities.
4. If an affiliate uses Park Leisure's IP in a way that is not allowed, they will be notified and they may be suspended or removed from the program based on how serious the issue is.
5. Both Park Leisure and affiliates agree that they will not gain rights to each other’s IP through marketing activities. Each party's IP belongs solely to that party.
6. Affiliates cannot let anyone else use Park Leisure’s IP without getting written permission first.
 

Brand bidding
1. Park Leisure does not allow affiliates to bid on its brand names or trademarks on search engines. This includes:
  - Bidding on Park Leisure parks and related terms like "Park Leisure" or "Park Leisure Holidays."
  - Bidding on the Park Leisure website address, such as "parkleisure.co.uk."
  - Bidding on phrases that combine the brand name with other words, like "Park Leisure discounts" or "Park Leisure activities."

Booking terms and privacy policy
1. All bookings with Park Leisure follow the standard booking terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy


Programme restrictions
Unless Park Leisure gives permission, the following rules apply:

Discount code/cash-back sites  
Park Leisure no longer works with affiliates that focus on discount codes or cashback sites. 

Validation  
Commissions will be paid up to 30 days after the guest arrives, not when the booking is made.
