Welcome to the BERO Affiliate Program! This agreement outlines the terms, restrictions, and regulations for participation in our program. By joining, affiliates agree to comply with the following guidelines as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use.
Prohibited Activities:
To maintain the integrity of the BERO brand, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
Trademark Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on BERO’s trademarked terms, including “BERO Brewing,” “BERO Non-Alcoholic Beer,” or any variations/misspellings, in any paid search campaigns.
Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not misrepresent the BERO brand, products, or any associated promotions.
Spam and Unsolicited Communication: Affiliates may not engage in spam or unsolicited email marketing to promote BERO products.
Inappropriate Content: Affiliates may not promote BERO products on websites or platforms containing adult, illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Coupon Sites: Affiliates are prohibited from posting unauthorized or fabricated coupons. Only official BERO promotions and discounts may be used.
Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates may not engage in cookie stuffing or any other fraudulent practices to manipulate affiliate tracking.
Unauthorized Reselling: Affiliates may not resell BERO products on unauthorized platforms or marketplaces.
Program Terms:
Affiliates are expected to accurately represent the BERO brand and maintain ethical marketing practices.
Violations of these terms may result in suspension or termination from the program, as well as forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
