Mayroom Canada Affiliate Program Agreement
By participating in the Mayroom Canada Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
Allowed Activities:
Affiliates are encouraged to use their unique referral links to promote Mayroom Canada products on their websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
Affiliates may utilize content such as banners, text links, and product images provided by Mayroom Canada to promote products.
Prohibited Activities:
Fraudulent Activity: Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent practices, including but not limited to click fraud, lead fraud, or the use of misleading or false advertising.
Misrepresentation: Affiliates may not make false claims about Mayroom Canada products, services, or the affiliate program. All representations must be truthful and accurate.
Email Marketing: Affiliates are prohibited from using unsolicited email (spam) to promote Mayroom Canada products or drive traffic to their affiliate links. Affiliates may not send promotional emails without obtaining express consent from recipients.
Coupon Sites: Affiliates may not promote coupon or deal sites unless previously approved by Mayroom Canada. Affiliates may not post unauthorized coupons, discounts, or promotional codes.
Adult, Hate, or Offensive Content: Affiliates must not promote Mayroom Canada products on websites or platforms with adult, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
Adware/Spyware: Affiliates may not use adware, spyware, or any software that collects data from users without their knowledge or consent.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as the policies of ShareASale and other platforms.
Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Mayroom Canada when promoting products, as required by law.
Termination:
Mayroom Canada reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time if the affiliate violates the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
All affiliates are also bound by the ShareASale Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
