Agreed Actions with Sovendus that will be eligible for Bonus payments.
Participating in the Programme requires the Participating Publisher to sign up to the Sovendus Platform and take certain steps on the Sovendus Platform (including implementing Sovendus tracking via the Advertiser
Materials provided on the Sovendus Platform rather than the Company’s tracking, as further detailed below) as well as joining the Programme on Awin.
The Advertiser Materials are provided to Participating Publishers by Sovendus on behalf of the Sovendus Merchant, via the Sovendus platform.
Awin's Tracking Code cannot be used to earn Bonuses on the Programme, and Sovendus links must be used instead (which are e.g. contained in the Advertiser Materials provided via the Sovendus Platform).
Tracking and validation is not done via the Awin's technology and platform, but instead via the Sovendus Platform and Advertiser’s technology.
Bonuses (though no Commission) shall be paid on the basis of the Actions that are tracked and validated by the Advertiser, per the following process:
- The Advertiser will review and validate the previous months’ tracked Actions;
- Validated Actions will be added by the Advertiser to the Platform as a Bonus;
- The Advertiser will pay the Company the Publisher Bonus for the validated Actions;
- The Advertiser will provide a report to Participating Publishers at the latest by the last day of the month following the month in which the Action took place. Such report will be sent by email by the Advertiser to Participating Publishers.
- Awin will make the corresponding Bonus payments to Participating Publishers, subject to relevant terms and conditions.
