AFFILIATE PROGRAM BRAND GUIDELINES
1. Brand Assets
Affiliates may use only approved brand assets provided through the affiliate platform or directly from Dorsey via shopdorsey.com. This includes:
- Logos (primary and secondary)
- Approved images, graphics, and banners
- Taglines and product/service names
Prohibited: Modifying logos, altering colors, or creating derivative designs without prior written approval.
2. Usage Rules
Affiliates may use brand assets only in connection with promoting Dorsey products or services via approved channels.
- Permitted Channels: Websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other approved digital media.
- Prohibited Channels: Paid search targeting brand terms, coupon/deal sites, misleading or offensive content, or any infringing third-party sites.
Affiliates must not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond the standard affiliate relationship.
3. Trademark Guidelines
- Always use the brand name correctly: Dorsey, not variations or abbreviations unless approved.
- Do not register domain names, social accounts, or business names containing the brand name.
- Do not use brand assets in a way that may confuse or mislead consumers about the origin or affiliation of products/services.
4. Content & Messaging
- Content must be honest, accurate, and compliant with advertising standards and applicable laws.
- Do not make unverified claims or comparisons with competitors.
- Always disclose the affiliate relationship clearly, in line with FTC guidelines.
5. Approval Process
- Some campaigns or custom creative may require pre-approval.
- Requests for new or modified brand assets must be submitted via approved channels.
6. Enforcement
- Misuse of brand assets may result in removal from the affiliate program, withholding of commissions, or legal action.
- Affiliates are responsible for compliance with these guidelines and all applicable laws.
