By joining the Cosette di Ames affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:Bidding on brand terms "Cosette di Ames" or variations
Using brand name in domain namesSpam or unsolicited email marketing
Misrepresenting products or pricesCoupon/deal sites without prior approval
Cashback/loyalty programs without approvalAdult or inappropriate contentFalse advertising or misleading claims
REQUIREMENTS:Content must align with our luxury brand image
Product images must be used as provided
Sales/promotions can only be advertised during official dates
Affiliate links must be clearly disclosed
No price comparisons with other brands
No unauthorized discounts or promotions
COMMISSION TERMS:10% on approved sales - 30-day cookie duration
Orders must be paid and not returned
Commission void on canceled/returned orders
No commission on gift cards
TERMINATION:We reserve the right to terminate partnership for:
Violation of these termsInactivity exceeding 3 months
Harmful representation of brandFraudulent activity
