Khanum’s Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Khanum’s Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
1.2. Affiliates must have an active social media presence, website, or platform relevant to fashion, modest wear, or luxury apparel.
1.3. Khanum’s reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting Khanum’s ethically and professionally.
2.2. Content must align with our brand image and values (luxury, modesty, sustainability).
2.3. Affiliates may not misrepresent Khanum’s products or brand.
2.4. No false claims, misleading promotions, or unauthorized discounts may be shared.
2.5. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising regulations and FTC disclosure requirements.
3. Affiliate Links & Commissions
3.1. Affiliates will receive a unique referral link or discount code.
3.2. Commission is earned when a customer makes a qualifying purchase through an affiliate’s link.
3.3. Commission rates and payout structures will be communicated upon acceptance into the program.
3.4. Self-referrals and fraudulent transactions (such as fake orders or returns) will not be counted.
4. Payment & Payouts
4.1. Payments will be made via [Bank Transfer/PayPal] on a [monthly/quarterly] basis.
4.2. A minimum earnings threshold of [£X] must be met before payment is issued.
4.3. Any refunds or chargebacks will result in commission deductions.
5. Brand Representation & Restrictions

6. Termination
6.1. Khanum’s reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice if these terms are violated.
6.2. Affiliates may choose to leave the program at any time by providing written notice.
6.3. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited at Khanum’s discretion.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
7.1. Khanum’s is not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from affiliate participation.
7.2. We do not guarantee any specific earnings or success through the program.
8. Modifications
8.1. Khanum’s reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes.
