QCY Affiliate Agreement

1. Program Overview
Welcome to the QCY Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to promote QCY’s range of wireless audio products — from affordable earbuds to Hi-Res ANC headphones — in a fair, honest, and legally compliant manner.
We aim to work closely with content creators, coupon partners, and publishers who share our mission: to bring high-quality sound to more people at accessible prices.
2. Commission Structure
Commission Range: Competitive rates between 8%–15%, based on partner type and performance
Cookie Duration: 30 days
Commission is paid only on valid, completed, and non-refunded sales
Self-referrals are not permitted and will be reversed
3. Promotional Guidelines
We encourage promotion through high-quality content, banners, discount codes, and compliant digital channels. To ensure a consistent brand presence and fair practices:
Allowed:
Use of approved creatives from the ShareASale dashboard
Mentioning QCY’s public promotions and official discount codes
Content reviews, comparisons, and social media promotions
Not Allowed:
Use of non-existent, misleading, or expired discounts
Registering domain names or social handles containing "QCY" or any trademarked terms
4. Promo Code Policy (Evolving Policy)
We are currently in the process of assigning exclusive promo codes to select affiliates, particularly those producing original content or driving high-quality traffic.
If you plan to promote QCY using a coupon code, we highly recommend requesting an official code linked to your account. This ensures your commission is accurately tracked — even when users skip the affiliate link.
In the near future, commissions may only be granted for coupon codes issued directly by QCY via ShareASale in order to maintain fair and transparent attribution.

5. Order Reversals & Fraud
We reserve the right to reverse commissions under the following conditions:
Canceled or refunded orders
Fraudulent transactions
Violations of this agreement, including unauthorized code usage or prohibited traffic sources
6. FTC Compliance
All affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing their relationship with QCY when promoting our products (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link”).
7. Termination
QCY reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion in cases of non-compliance, fraud, or suspicious activity.
