What You Can’t DoTo keep things clear and fair, affiliates cannot:
Use Paid Search (PPC) Ads
You can’t run ads on Google, Bing, Facebook, or other platforms that directly pay for clicks to promote Ultisana products.
Bid on Our Brand Name
Don’t use Ultisana trademarks, brand names, or misspellings in search ads or other paid campaigns.
Misrepresent Our Products or Brand
Always provide honest information. Don’t make false claims, exaggerate results, or mislead customers.
Spam or Send Unsolicited Messages
No spam emails, DMs, or messages to people who haven’t opted in.
Promote Unauthorized Coupons or Discounts
Only share the offers provided through the affiliate program.
Use Inappropriate Platforms
Don’t promote our products on sites with adult content, hate speech, illegal material, or violence.
Do Anything Fraudulent
No cookie stuffing, click fraud, or other tricks to earn commissions.
Use Unauthorized Domains
Don’t use domain names that imply you own or are directly affiliated with Ultisana without written permission.
Other Important GuidelinesBe Transparent: Always disclose your affiliate relationship clearly, as required by FTC or similar rules in your country.
Follow the Law: Comply with local laws, including privacy and data protection rules (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Respect Tracking Rules: Any retargeting or tracking must have user consent.
If Rules Are BrokenWe reserve the right to pause or close your affiliate account if these rules aren’t followed. Any unpaid commissions from violations may be forfeited.
We may also update these terms from time to time. By staying in the program, you agree to the latest version.
