Program Agreement – Bygg Foods / NØRSE CØDE Affiliate Program
Welcome to the NØRSE CØDE Affiliate Program! By joining, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, in addition to Awin’s Publisher Terms of Service.
1. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and Awin policies, including FTC, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
Affiliates must represent Bygg Foods and NØRSE CØDE professionally, positively, and ethically.
False or misleading product claims (including unverified health or performance statements) are prohibited.
2. Prohibited Activities
No fraudulent or deceptive practices (e.g., cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake referrals).
No use of “Bygg Foods” or “NØRSE CØDE” in domains, URLs, or social media handles without written permission.
No promotion on sites containing adult, violent, or illegal content.
3. Email & Social Media Promotion
Must include proper FTC disclosures (e.g., “#ad,” “#sponsored,” or “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”).
Must comply with CAN-SPAM requirements, including a valid unsubscribe option.
No spam comments, DMs, or irrelevant hashtags.
4. Coupon & Offer Policy
Only promote discounts or codes provided directly by Bygg Foods or NØRSE CØDE through official Awin channels.
Unauthorized or expired coupon promotion may result in commission reversal or removal from the program.
5. PPC & Paid Search Rules
Bidding on our trademarks (“Bygg Foods,” “NØRSE CØDE,” “getnorsecode,” etc.) or close variations is prohibited.
Direct-linking to our site via paid search is not allowed.
6. Commission & Payments
Standard commission: 12 % of verified net sales (excluding tax, shipping, and refunds).
Cookie duration: 30 days | Validation period: 50 days.
Commissions are voided for cancelled orders, chargebacks, or fraudulent traffic.
7. Termination
Bygg Foods reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at any time for non-compliance with these terms or Awin’s policies. Upon termination, affiliates must immediately remove all Bygg Foods/NØRSE CØDE content and links.
8. Liability
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations and compliance with local laws.
Bygg Foods shall not be held liable for damages resulting from affiliate activities or misuse of promotional assets.
9. Program Modifications
Bygg Foods may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via Awin or email, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
